My journey with Louise Hay began in my mid-20s, when I first read You Can Heal Your Life while living in San Diego, California. I didn't know it then, but that book quietly planted seeds that would shape the next 30+ years of my life — a path home to myself, rooted in self-discovery, inner healing, and a deep belief in the power of self-love.

For years, I built my career the way so many of us are taught to work long, work hard, measure your worth by the hours you give. I did that, and by the world's standards, I succeeded. But I wasn't happy. When I returned to Louise's work as an adult, something within me shifted in how I saw myself, and in how I chose to work and live. Today, as a holistic fiduciary investment advisor, I serve my clients in a fraction of the hours I once gave away, which has freed me to raise my young daughter, write, teach, and build a community rooted in love.

I'm a certified Heal Your Life® Facilitator, trained through Hay House under Patricia Crane and Rick Nichols, and a HeartMath Certified Facilitator. I wrote The Prosperous Nurse: Your Roadmap to Health, Wealth and Happiness to bring Louise's philosophy of self-love and affirmations into practical, everyday reach, especially for healthcare professionals, who give so much to others and so little back to themselves.

I'm the founder of Healing Lives Community in Knoxville, Tennessee, where I host workshops, movie nights, and online journeys rooted in Louise's teachings, creating warm spaces where you feel safe to do your own healing work.
